peace

Ghandi and Dr. Martin Luther King jr. are some of the first names that come to mind when i first think of the word peace. Some activist that have protested using peace are the ones that have had the biggest influence and left their mark in history. Peace is actually a very powerful word for having a meaning so tranquil. When you think about it , it has actually started conflicts between the government and its people. Its is something that most people want and have been wanting for years but may never happen because it is in our nature to disagree and fight. Every once and a while their is one special personwho hets a group of people to join in on what he is doing but even though they get closer to their goal, thernever completely achieve it and perhaps never will.

  1. Now that you mention it, Ghandi and Martin Luther King did place a significant role when it comes to peace. Although up to this point we havent been able to achieve peace if even the greatest of men believed it, then it might be possible.

  2. The peace activists you mentioned are notable in that they also fought for peace with non-violence. I also think you are right about not achieving peace anytime soon but as long as we have people like this we can't lose hope.

  6. This statement is true as these two people have impacted the world in many many ways, but they will never make it perfect because no one is perfect and if they were the world would be a boring place.
